Confidentiality of personally identifiable information about children and families participating in the Maryland Infants and Toddlers Program, the State’s early intervention system under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, is required by 34 CFR Part 99, 34 CFR Part 300, 34 CFR Part 303, COMAR 13A.08.02, and COMAR 13A.13.01. Only individuals authorized by the Maryland State Department of Education or the Local Infants and Toddlers Program may have access to personally identifiable information in the Maryland Infants and Toddlers Tracking and Data Collection System. Redisclosure of personally identifiable information is prohibited by federal and State law.
